against the manufacturer of Retriever,
Coming Through Sweden AB
we have shut down this site.
Firstly, we had a long defect list on
the first unit they shipped us which they never addressed. This defect list was so extensive, we asked
for the entire unit to be replaced. Coming
Through Sweden AB has been unable or unwilling to
honor the warranty of their products. They
have not been able to repair or supply parts for maintenance nor any shop or
technical manuals. Many of the welds
cracked on the unit we have here and is not willing or able to repair it. Further, Coming Through has been unable or
unwilling to meet US Federal (FMVSS) or Canadian (CMVSS) DOT standards.
